Updates
From the desk of our CEO,
With this release, we've added the ability to send Requests to a specific recipient from within your Popform account.
Requests are currently limited to the publicly available templates that we launched last month. Simply go to the Templates tab which is find under the Forms section in the sidebar, hover over the Public Template you'd like to use, and click "Use Template".

When sending a request with a public template simply open up the Or send to someone else menu.

After sending the template to a recipient, head on back to the Requests section of your account and you'll see all the forms that have been sent out.
By the way, everyone you send forms to will receive email notifications of when forms were sent and submitted.

Back inside Popform, you can now track the status of the form (Sent or Complete but more to come), download the form, but also click on the eye icon to reveal details of each response.

With Popform, we're not just saving flat forms and pages, we're capturing, structuring, and organizing the data inside each form. Other tools simply treat a form as a document passing from one inbox to another.
With Popform, we're unlocking the data inside the form itself. Securely storing it in the platform and making it easily accessible so that you can operate your business more efficiently. Easily view the details of a request by clicking on the eye icon and then head over to the Responses tab. You'll see the unique values entered into each field, click to copy, and download all responses as a CSV file.

This data is the key to unlocking a lot more features to come and we're excited to provide a first look at what's to come with this release.

This is our first tug on the curtain as we reveal the full scope of Popform.
First up, public form templates. Today, we’re releasing public template with a handful of commonly used tax forms & startup contracts now available for you to use for free. The best part, you can chat with AI while you fill out any form and get answers to questions so you can fill and sign with confidence.
For example, with a w9 form, if you’re a self-employed owner with an LLC, you might be confused whether you should put your name or the business name or your social security or your company’s EIN. With Popform if you have a question like this, you can get help quickly with our built-in AI chat on the right side of every form.
Feel free to test it out, send yourself a completed form via email, and even copy another business on the form if you need to share it directly with anyone else.
If there are any forms you’d like to see turned into a Public Template let us know.
